- 250 g macaroni
- salt
- 50 ml liquid cream
- 100 ml water
- 400 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Original
- pepper
Preparation
- Boil the macaroni for 7 minutes in a large amount of salted water. Once cooked, keep part of this water aside and drain the remainder without cooling the pasta.
- Mix the cream and the water from the macaroni in a baking dish. Add The Laughing Cow® Professional and mix until the texture becomes thick and smooth.
- Add the macaroni to The Laughing Cow® Professional cream until each piece of macaroni is covered in the sauce.
- Butter a gratin dish, then pour the mixture into it and brown it in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes at 200°C.
- Add a dash of pepper when the mixture is removed from the oven. Serve hot.
