Ingredients

  • 1 kg apple
  • 1 sweet or shortbread pastry shell
  • 100 g eggs
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 200 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Formula Plus
  • 50 ml milk
  • 40 ml calvados apple brandy
  • vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
  2. Distribute them in the pie shells.
  3. Mix the eggs, sugar, The Laughing Cow® Professional, milk, calvados brandy and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture over the apples.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the size.
  6. Cool and serve.
