Ingredients
- 1 kg apple
- 1 sweet or shortbread pastry shell
- 100 g eggs
- 100 g caster sugar
- 200 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Formula Plus
- 50 ml milk
- 40 ml calvados apple brandy
- vanilla extract
Preparation
- Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
- Distribute them in the pie shells.
- Mix the eggs, sugar, The Laughing Cow® Professional, milk, calvados brandy and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the apples.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the size.
- Cool and serve.
