Ingredients
- 1 kg frozen sweet potatoes
- 850 g diced pumpkin
- 4 g ras el hanout spices
- 3 g salt
- 2 g pepper
- 170 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Formula Plus
- 170 g
- 170 g flour
- 85 g semi-salted butter
Preparation
- Cook the sweet potatoes and squash in the steam oven at 90°C for 15 minutes.
- Grind the vegetables in a mill (to make a puree).
- Continue grinding while adding the spices, salt, pepper and The Laughing Cow® Professional until the texture is smooth.
- Use a beater to prepare the crumble dough by mixing the flour and butter. Allow to cool.
- Spread the puree in a gastronorm tray and sprinkle the crumble topping over the top.
- Grill in the oven for 10 minutes.
