- 5 egg whites
- 2 kg aubergine caviar
- 10 precooked dough bases
- 100 g zaatar spices
- 500 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Greek-Style Dice
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites with the aubergine caviar until well combined.
- Evenly distribute the aubergine mixture into the tartlet bases, ensuring a smooth layer.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of zaatar spices over the tartlet.
- Gently press the Nurishh® Greek-Style Dices into the center of each tartlet.
- Place the tartlets in a preheated oven at 140-150°C. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Allow the quiches to cool on a rack before serving.
CHEF’S TIP
Nurishh® Greek-Style Dices are ideal for salads; for an original touch, simply roll them in zaatar spices (or thyme, sesame seeds, sumac). These dices are delicious and easy to use hot or cold, such as for stuffing pre-cooked aubergine or courgette.
