Mushroom toast with mozzarella

  1. Mix garlic puree and artichoke cream together.
  2. Spread the mixture on each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. Sprinkle Nurishh® Grated Mozzarella Flavour on top of the garlic and artichoke spread.
  4. Add mushrooms on top of the cheese and finish with oregano.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes at 170°C.
  6. Leave to cool on a rack and sprinkle with Nurishh® Grated Gran Vegiano powder.
