Ingredients
- 25 g smoked garlic puree
- 750 g artichoke cream
- 10 sourdough breads
- 750 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Grated Mozzarella Flavour
- 200 g mushrooms
- 150 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Grated Gran Vegiano
- 5 g dry oregano
Preparation
- Mix garlic puree and artichoke cream together.
- Spread the mixture on each slice of sourdough bread.
- Sprinkle Nurishh® Grated Mozzarella Flavour on top of the garlic and artichoke spread.
- Add mushrooms on top of the cheese and finish with oregano.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 170°C.
- Leave to cool on a rack and sprinkle with Nurishh® Grated Gran Vegiano powder.
