Ingredients
- 500 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Grated Gran Vegiano
- 500 g oat bechamel
- 250 g plant-based cream
- freshly ground pepper, salt
- 500 g plant-based bacon
- 1750 g tagliatelle
- 50 g chives
Preparation
- Mix the Nurishh® Grated Gran Vegiano powder with the oat béchamel and the plant-based cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brown the plant-based bacon until crispy. Then, add it into the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Arrange the pasta on plates or in take-out boxes.
- Garnish with chives and additional plant-based bacon pieces.
- If the pasta needs reheating, microwave for 3 minutes, or keep it warm under a salamander until ready to serve.
