Pasta carbonara

Ingredients

  • 500 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Grated Gran Vegiano
  • 500 g oat bechamel
  • 250 g plant-based cream
  • freshly ground pepper, salt
  • 500 g plant-based bacon
  • 1750 g tagliatelle
  • 50 g chives

Preparation

  1. Mix the Nurishh® Grated Gran Vegiano powder with the oat béchamel and the plant-based cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown the plant-based bacon until crispy. Then, add it into the sauce.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Arrange the pasta on plates or in take-out boxes.
  5. Garnish with chives and additional plant-based bacon pieces.
  6. If the pasta needs reheating, microwave for 3 minutes, or keep it warm under a salamander until ready to serve.
