- onion pickle juice
- 10 wholemeal flour tortillas
- baby spinach
- smoked tofu
Preparation
- Mix the cashew nuts, vegan mayonnaise, whole-grain mustard, and Nurishh® Grated Gran Vegiano powder.
- Add a dash of onion pickle juice to loosen the cream a little.
- Garnish the wraps with the preparation, line with the spinach.
- Cut the smoked tofu into slices and arrange it harmoniously with the pickles.
- Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half.
CHEF’S TIP
Add chilli flakes to the tofu to spice up the dish. Give the tortilla a round trip on a griddle or crepe maker to roll it more easily.
