- 2.5 yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 0.5 green bell pepper
- 0.5 fennel
- 0.5 yellow courgette
- 0.5 aubergine
- 0.5 white onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt
- 50 g rocket salad
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
- 2 sprigs of chervils
- 10 Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
Preparation
- Wash and dice the yellow, red and green bell peppers, the fennel, yellow courgette, aubergine and white onion.
- Sweat the onion, bell peppers and fennel in a pan with olive oil for 5 minutes. Salt lightly while cooking.
- Add the courgette and the aubergine and cook further for 5 minutes.
- Empty the ingredients into a mixing bowl, add the rocket salad, the tomato puree and chervil. Mix and pour onto sheets of baking paper.
- Distribute the Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice across the roasted vegetables.
- Fold the baking paper and press the edges together to seal roasted vegetables.
- Bake in the oven during 5 minutes at 220°C.
- Serve immediately.
