Ingredients

  • 100 g white dandelions
  • 100 g green dandelions
  • 60 g green asparagus
  • 30 g button mushrooms
  • 20 g brown shimeji mushrooms
  • 10 g pink radishes
  • 12 Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 400 ml olive oil
  • 150 ml lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the dandelions and cut them into pieces about 10 cm long.
  2. Peel and quickly blanch the green asparagus in salted boiling water.
  3. Then, cool them in ice water and cut them into large pieces on the diagonal.
  4. Cook the button mushrooms and brown shimeji mushrooms in a court bouillon and cool.
  5. Thinly slice the pink radishes using a mandolin.
  6. In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients with the Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice.
  7. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  8. Arrange the ingredients attractively on a serving platter or individual plates.
  9. Serve immediately.
