Ingredients
- 100 g white dandelions
- 100 g green dandelions
- 60 g green asparagus
- 30 g button mushrooms
- 20 g brown shimeji mushrooms
- 10 g pink radishes
- 12 Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 400 ml olive oil
- 150 ml lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Wash the dandelions and cut them into pieces about 10 cm long.
- Peel and quickly blanch the green asparagus in salted boiling water.
- Then, cool them in ice water and cut them into large pieces on the diagonal.
- Cook the button mushrooms and brown shimeji mushrooms in a court bouillon and cool.
- Thinly slice the pink radishes using a mandolin.
- In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients with the Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice.
- Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Arrange the ingredients attractively on a serving platter or individual plates.
- Serve immediately.
