Chicken and Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs are a proven combination. Add some leek and pasta and you get a compellingly easy and quick pasta dish with a creamy leek sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1250 g cut and frozen leeks
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 800 ml water
  • 15 g chicken Stock
  • 10 g curry powder
  • 0.5 g pepper
  • 200 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 200 g chicken Stock
  • 800 g tagliatelle
  • 900 g frozen roast chicken strips

Preparation

  1. Sauté the leeks in the oil for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the water and chicken stock and heat for 20 minutes to reduce.
  3. At the end of the cooking, add the curry, pepper and Boursin® Professional Cuisine.
  4. Cook the tagliatelle.
  5. Reheat the roasted chicken strips in the oven.
  6. Check the seasoning before serving then arrange, covering the pasta with the Boursin® Professional Cuisine leek sauce and laying the roasted chicken strips on top.
