Ingredients
- 1250 g cut and frozen leeks
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 800 ml water
- 15 g chicken Stock
- 10 g curry powder
- 0.5 g pepper
- 200 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 200 g chicken Stock
- 800 g tagliatelle
- 900 g frozen roast chicken strips
Preparation
- Sauté the leeks in the oil for 20 minutes.
- Add the water and chicken stock and heat for 20 minutes to reduce.
- At the end of the cooking, add the curry, pepper and Boursin® Professional Cuisine.
- Cook the tagliatelle.
- Reheat the roasted chicken strips in the oven.
- Check the seasoning before serving then arrange, covering the pasta with the Boursin® Professional Cuisine leek sauce and laying the roasted chicken strips on top.
