Ingredients

  • 120 g iceberg lettuce
  • 50 g tomatoes
  • 50 g canned boiled red kidney beans
  • 10 g onion sliced in rings
  • 70 g hard boiled egg
  • 70 g tuna
  • 10 Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • oil and vinegar

Preparation

  1. On a deep plate or a large bowl, spread a generous layer of iceberg lettuce as the base of your Niçoise.
  2. Add the tomatoes, red kidney beans, onion slices, slices of hard-boiled eggs, and tuna on top of the greens.
  3. Sprinkle the Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice over the salad.
  4. Drizzle your favourite vinaigrette dressing over the salad just before serving to keep everything fresh.
