Ingredients
- 30 ml olive oil
- 150 g chopped onions
- 750 g frozen ground beef
- 80 ml beef stock
- 1 bouquet garni
- 750 g chopped blanched Swiss chard or spinach leaves
- 300 g tomato sauce
- 400 g dry cannellonis
- 900 g tomato sauce
- 40 ml beef stock
- 200 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil and sauté the onions for a few minutes until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook.
- Pour in the beef stock, add the bouquet garni and continue to cook the meat.
- Add the Swiss chard or spinach leaves, the tomato sauce and cook again until all the ingredients are combined.
- Finish by adding the Boursin® Professional Cuisine, mix well and adjust the seasoning.
- Place the cannelloni mixture in a cooling cell.
- Garnish the cannelloni tubes and arrange them in an individual dish or in a GN cooking tray.
- Cover with the tomato sauce.
- Thin the Boursin® Professional Cuisine with the beef stock and pour over the cannelloni.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
