- 10 pc foccacia
- 1000 g piperade preparation
- 300 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Grated Mozzarella Flavour
- 50 ml olive oil
- 250 g rocket
- 50 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Grated Gran Vegiano
Preparation
- Cut the focaccia in half.
- Garnish with piperade and shredded Nurishh® Grated Mozzarella Flavour.
- Place the rocket on top and sprinkle with Nurishh® Grated Gran Vegiano powder.
