- 20 g lettuce
- 15 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 1 beef patty
- 1 potato tortilla
- 20 g bacon
- 10 g
Preparation
- Toast the muffin under the salamander.
- Slice the lettuce heart into a chiffonade and mix with Boursin® Professional.
- Spoon the mixture onto the bottom burger bun.
- Cook the patty and place it on the salad.
- Pan-fry the tortilla and use a round cookie cutter to cut a disc of the size of the patty, then lay it on the patty.
- Add the previously cooked bacon.
- Spread the Boursin® Professional on the underside of the top bun and close the burger.
