Breakfast burger

Instead of a traditional bun, this burger envelops its ingredients in an English muffin. The muffin base is topped with lettuce seasoned with Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs, a ground beef patty, a potato tortilla, and some bacon.

  1. Toast the muffin under the salamander.
  2. Slice the lettuce heart into a chiffonade and mix with Boursin® Professional.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto the bottom burger bun.
  4. Cook the patty and place it on the salad.
  5. Pan-fry the tortilla and use a round cookie cutter to cut a disc of the size of the patty, then lay it on the patty.
  6. Add the previously cooked bacon.
  7. Spread the Boursin® Professional on the underside of the top bun and close the burger.
