- 2 red onions
- 10 ml olive oil
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 slices of dark bread
- 20 g
- 20 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 20 g baby spinach
Preparation
- Chop the onions finley and sauté in the olive oil.
- Finely chop the chicken breast and marinate with the lemon zest.
- Pan fry the chicken over high heat, caramelise with the honey and deglaze with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the honey over the chicken and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is fully caramelised.
