Ingredients

  • 2 red onions
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 slices of dark bread
  • 20 g
  • 20 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 20 g baby spinach

Preparation

  1. Chop the onions finley and sauté in the olive oil.
  2. Finely chop the chicken breast and marinate with the lemon zest.
  3. Pan fry the chicken over high heat, caramelise with the honey and deglaze with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the chicken and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is fully caramelised.
  5. Toast the dark bread and spread with Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs.
  6. Assemble the club sandwich.
